I’ve been stuffing my face with peeps lately (the purple birdie ones, of course!), but clearly, I had not had enough sweet stuff today.  Baby Nevaeh came in today for her 9 month old session.  Is she not the sweetest?!?!  :o )  Mom brought in Easter Eggs and she could not get enough of them….  Brought out the new backdrop today – LOVIN it for creating a nice, smooth backdrop for our beautiful subjects to just POP!

Family Portraits in Redding, CA

We had a FOUR Generation family session – loved it!  From calling John “Joe” the whole time, a little streaker, and moments that brought me to tears – loved every minute of it!  Although we love our studio, for a group this large, we chose an outdoor setting – lots to choose from in this beautiful Shasta County setting.  Redding’s favorite photography studio is available when you are – just call us at 530.223.5456!

First Official Portraits in Redding, CA

After being married for 37 years, Bruce & Diana decided it was time to have an official portrait taken. They were a beautiful, warm, and obviously loving couple. We created some really nice images of them and then, at the end of the session, they asked if they could take some photos with some hats on that they had brought with them… Of course, my answer is always, YES!!! Well, when they brought out these chicken hats that they wear over their Harley motorcycle helmets, I just about fell over! Love, love, love it!

Taylor’s Gramma called a few weeks ago and was SO proud of her granddaughter for making the All-Stars that she just HAD to have a portrait to remember this moment…  And lo and behold, who did she choose to document the occasion…?  Redding, CA’s favorite portrait photography studio – Creative Portraits!  Both of them were so much fun to work with – both Taylor and Kay had great suggestions for poses and what they’d like to see!  And Kay couldn’t be sweeter when she came in to place the order!  I’m really looking forward to photographing the whole family at Christmas-time!!!  Thanks, Galyean family, and congratulations, Taylor!!!

Baby Photographer in Redding

The best thing about owning a photography studio is the long term relationships we create with our clients. The toddler in this picture was photographed by us as a newborn in the same guitar case. It was really cool to see her new sister in the same case she was in and to see how big she has grown! We love photographing kids and babies and we truly love to create an image like this that we know will forever be part of this families memories. How cool is that?
