I’ve been stuffing my face with peeps lately (the purple birdie ones, of course!), but clearly, I had not had enough sweet stuff today.  Baby Nevaeh came in today for her 9 month old session.  Is she not the sweetest?!?!  :o )  Mom brought in Easter Eggs and she could not get enough of them….  Brought out the new backdrop today – LOVIN it for creating a nice, smooth backdrop for our beautiful subjects to just POP!

Family Portraits in Redding, CA

Baby Photographer in Redding

The best thing about owning a photography studio is the long term relationships we create with our clients. The toddler in this picture was photographed by us as a newborn in the same guitar case. It was really cool to see her new sister in the same case she was in and to see how big she has grown! We love photographing kids and babies and we truly love to create an image like this that we know will forever be part of this families memories. How cool is that?

Okay so this is not our everyday shoot, and it was a blast doing something different! This family is amazingly creative and we photograph them all the time. The mother made costumes years ago for different events that they attended and now the kids are old enough to fit in them. Here are 2 of the boys playing “The Madd Hatter” and “Pirates of the Caribbean”. Ennjoy :)

3 Year Olds Have All The Fun – Photographer in Roseville

Yes three year olds really do have all the fun. They can be anything they want, anywhere, and everyone thinks they are the cutest things :) . They live in their own reality and this makes photographing them so much fun! We went to Roseville this past weekend to photograph several kids as well as had some amazing wedding consults. This little man’s mom and dad had us photograph him for his 3rd birthday, we have been photographing him for every milestone since he was born. We consulted with the parents to find out what he was all about at this stage of his life. He loves to be carefree, playing and he loves to pretend he is a super hero (‘Super why’) and sneak through the forest also known as the local park. So we went to the park and played. We went through the pretend forest looking for bears with his super hero mask and just had so much fun. What does your child like? How do you want to remember them at this stage in their life? Photographing Babies – 9 Months Old

I love babies, I love their silliness, I love their crying, I love their snuggliness (is that even a word?). With babies, no 2 photography sessions are ever alike. We just go with the flow, play games, change the scenery, sing songs, we just keep things moving until the babies are done and they usually let us know when time is up. This little guy is 9 months old, he is one of our “growing babies”. This is one of the last shots from his session, he was done, but man, I love the face!! Little ones change so much, it’s fun to capture the milestones as they grow, that’s why we have growing baby and growing child packages. Special Needs Christmas Baby Photography

This 6 month old boy was born with downs syndrome. Him and his family were so wonderful. He smiled the whole session and was so much fun to photograph. Even though Christmas has past, we have so many great photos from this holiday season that we didn’t have time to share so will be sharing the photos over the next few weeks.
